Hi, This complaint pertains to bloomhempz.com , a company of Binoid I decided to try out their product after heavy advertising. There was a code for 50% off that I used to make an initial purchase in order to determine whether I want to do business with them. After the sample came in, I saw that the hemp was a dark brown color and it was weak. I was also not informed that it was a one time use coupon, because I placed several orders with it. I thought it was seasonal or holiday coupon. Yet the price was so cheap, so I decided to place further orders even though the original 2 were lost in mail. Their customer service is garbage on chat and on the phone. On chat they simply start ignoring you. Anyways, after them telling me to call my post office (yeah, OK) and getting my stuff lost, I decided to make a final attempt to get something that I posited as possibly good from their website. After having all orders declined (it was gonna be an expensive one, too), I was completely locked out and "subject to account review" for violating the coupon. They also charged me full price for the failed attempt to get a new order and are not refunding it. This company is a serious mess. They don't know how to properly handle customers, and their product is mediocre at best yet they want premium prices for it. They just raise the prices and then give you a coupon ;-) you have to be a moron to fall for this crap. I still want that particular product but I also want 200+ dollars that they have charged me. Don't look at all these positive reviews. Spend some more money on the real thing.
