I told them that I ad shown the pictures to 10 other people and all agreed the product received was greatly inferior to what was advertised on their websites . I purchased a sympathy floral arrangement based on the advertised picture. Bloomex flowers claims to save you 50 percent from traditional florists. The item I purchased was valued atb150.00 on sale for 75.00
The next day insaw the arrangement sent. It was totally interior and while I was aware there might be substitutions this arrangement was nowhere near what was advertised on the website. I contacted bloomex sent pictures of the website arrangement and the product delivered. The actually said that it was acceptable within their policy. I could've purchased a Costco bouquets that was nicer for a lot less money. What they advertised was not what I received. Their website states an over 95 percent satisfaction rate, I believe that is a blatant lie!!
