Complaint Review: BloomEx

BloomEx Terrible company to deal with. I highly recommend you buy some where else. The order received was nothing like the pictures on their web site... Flower delivery not as described, overcharged and delivered 3 days late. no reply to help line, emails or customer service. Internet

This company is very bad, do not deal with them.


I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, the flowers arrived 4 days late, they were not even close to the picture on their web site, i was charged 99.00 for maybe 10.00 worth of flowers, which were different from what i ordered. I called their customer services phone number according to their web site; "If you have any questions call us toll free at: 1-888-912-5666", where i only got a computer system and finally left many voice mails... i have still never gotten a call back. I contacted their order line phone number from their web site; BloomEx  http://bloomex.ca/, the girl, Maria, was very rude to me and hung up stating that i needed to call the complaint line if i wasn't happy with the delivery. I emailed them at wecare@bloomex.ca, i have sent at least 15 emails and have not gotten one reply.



If you want flowers or any gift items, Don't order from these guys!!!
