I ordered a gift basket for my mother for Christmas and she did not receive it. After placing the order, I received a confirmation number in an email. When I followed up, I waited on hold for 20 minutes from Australia to Canada, then had a rude man hang up on me as he could not find my order. I phoned back to find a woman who appeared to be helpful but could also not find my order. I asked to have it checked and replaced but they said they would call back. I did not receive a call. Further I called again but they said they would call me.

Next day I received an email in response to my email requesting assistance. They said I must have been mistaken and did not have record of my order number. I forwarded the email they sent to me containing my order number and never heard a response. I followed up and they told me I was wrong!

I dont understand how I can be wrong when I was:

a) charged for the transaction
b) received no goods
c) have received no response other than that I am WRONG????

still chasing one month later.
