Complaint Review: Blooms N Roses Flowers & Gifts

Do not use this service!!!!!!!!

I made an order two days in advance for a 2 dozen Tulips to be delivered To my Mom in Canada.

My visa was charged immediately.

The flowers never came on the same day delivery that that they promised

The confirmation I received by email was not very detailed. I tried calling the contact numbers for 2 days and the rudest man in Earth replied saying that it is Easter week end and they are not doing deliveries !! I emailed them , never replied , Finaly a lady answered apologizing and she said that they will do the delivery.

Today I received my Credit card bill and they charged me twice for an attempt of delivery that never Happened . I called again and the rudest man answered and started rambling off scores of unsensable reasons about why the order didn't happen and why they are charging me twice , I told him with all due respect this is not right , he told me ok we can go pick the flowers if they are ready to be picked up ! he is SOOO rude and he hung up on me several times .He wouldn't refund my money (and they weren't cheap) and then told me he'd re-attempt delivery but did not.
and I'm wondering if the rude owner's lies are going to make it impossible to get my money back.

I called my Mom and told her to make the flowers ready and I am trying to call this Company again , and every time I call he hangs up , what a cheap , rude person .

BEWARE BIG TIME , he said that he is running a Scam.
