Complaint Review: Blooms N' Roses

Floral arrangement to be delivered August 1st.  Driver returned arrangement to store as there was no one home.

No one notified me of this.  I kept calling my friend, no delivery was her answer.  I called the store over and over, kept getting the same answer, they were delivered.  

Finally I got a woman on the phone that told me what happened, this is over a week later.  They still did not notify me as to the delivery.  Just kept the money, said nothing, delivered nothing.  Finally they delivered them again on the 11th and

charged me another 17 something for delivery.  When I tried to talk with a man, he hung up on me and was the rudest man I have ever spoken to.  Extremely rude, talked over me at all times and would not listen to anything I had to say.  I wanted my 17 dollars back.  I know it's not happening, but this was a terrible experience for myself and my friend.  I loath and despise this company and will do everything I can to put a black mark against them. I'm 73 and never have experience anything like this in my life.
