I called this company to order flowers for Mothers Day, they told me they guaranteed me they would be there on time and of course they never made it thereand I had to call them back.
Second they told me I could save by signing up for the reward program and, they had also told me I could cancel after 30 days, so I did sign up for it. I try to cancel in early May and it didn't apparently go though because I got billed again, so I call the company and they told me I had to cancel online and I explained I tried and it didn't work. Now I hav been billed twice for the month of June.
The payments from May to June are every two weeks instead of monthly like they told me and also I just got billed again two days later in June. Called again they say they would have someone call me because they couldn't put me through to a manager.
This company is a rip off and scam. I am very unhappy and dissatified with this.
