I ordered flowers few months back for my sister's engagement and ever since than I have been charged $9.95/99 a month for some kind of membership that I did not sign up for, or gave my authorization to.

When I contacted the merchant to cancel this "membership" or "account" they have tricked their way into, the customer service was extremely rude and did not even offer an apology for the misunderstanding. I would have let it go if they simply did what was right and canceled this membership that I have unknowingly been signed up for, but instead, they first charged me one more time before they canceled the membership or whatever they scammed their way into. 

Their "rewards program" has to be communicated clearly and loudly before they decide to charge people money every month for something they do not clearly agree on! This was a one-time purchase and so should have been the transaction! Their program must be SHUT DOWN or COMMUNICATED OTHERWISE
