Did not authorize the $9.99 membership fee on my credit card and had no idea what it was for. Couldn't find a phone number b/c the last digit did not appear on my statement. Took forever to find a website and then reach a person to try and get SIX months worth of memberships for something I didn't even know what it was back! ALWAYS check your statements!

I purchased a Birthday Bouquet in August of 2012 for $40.00.

I have found out Blooms World has been taking $9.99 montly out of my account since then.

August: $9.99
September: $9.99
October: $9.99
November: $9.99
December: $9.99

This is roughly $50.00 that has been taken from my account without my permission from this company.  Couldn't find a phone number either. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!
