After hearing of the passing of my daughter in laws father, I ordered what was pictured as a beautiful arrangement for $65 plus $15 delivery charge.  I received a photo of the flowers the next day from her and was appalled at what she received.  Wishing I could include what was advertised and what was received.  The arrangement looked absolutely nothing like what was pictured but did resemble what a 2 year old might pick off the side of the road.  I contacted this company, including photos of what I ordered off their website and what was received.  After several messages, this is what I was told.  "We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the arrangement. With the current health crisis, we have been experiencing limited supplies of fresh flowers. Our main wholesalers did not receive their flowers on time and, thus, could not send them on to us. Because of this issue in the supply chain it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions."  They then offered me a $10 refund.  When I asked them for a full refund, they upped it to the delivery cost of $15.  I have complained on their facebook, complete with photos of what they advertised and what was received.  They of course deleted every one.
