We have had a similar experience to other people. Blossum claims delivery will be late. Not only is it late, the flowers never show up. The company claimed the flowers were delivered and left, not so. We were home the entire week after hip surgery recovery. No one called, emails went to a blank gmail page and voice mails were unreturned. Never use this company unless you want to contribute to scammers-r-us.
