Company uses a survey that looks like your internet service provider is offering a number of low cost products for doing a survey about your internet service company. The whole thing looked legit from CenturyLink, in fact the whole survey WAS about CenturyLink service. This was a huge page behind all my browsers, showing CenturyLink as the owner.

At the end of the survey, there were about 10 different offers to get a product for just a small s&h fee. It clearly said no other costs would be incurred! Some were wrinkle creams, diet and vitamin offers and of course the BlowEZ E-Cig.

I chose the E-cig that had a cost of $3.95 S&h. When I clicked it and was sent to the BLOW.com site the cost was $7.95 s&h. I thought a credit would be issued either by CenturyLink or Blow, LLC. Nope.

Further reading before I took this offer said the E-Cig was free and after a 14 day trial I could cancel or I would be charged $79.00.

CenturyLink had nothing to do with this survey! Blow, LLC told me when I called to cancel that I had to send it back, at my expense, plus I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. None of this information had appeared on the initial page where I was reading all the details before submitting my information. It was written to appear that I would be charged $7.95 (not $3.95) but no where did it state on the page, where I was brought from the survey, that I was expected to send the thing back and get charged even more money.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are using advertising to hook you in by FALSELY claiming they are your internet provider, FRAUDULENT claims of costs involved, if you participate in these surveys. If you go to their website you can clearly see their policies, but these were NOT there when I was transferred from what appeared to be CenturyLink!
