I am very disappointed with the phone replacement process that end up missing or stolen with usps. ( already wait for the phone since June 22) 
You sent me 2 USPS Tracking number:  9405510200793061244990, shows delivered but never was. 9400110200881081375811 is not even valid My in laws was home all day long and never receive any package. We checked the mail box and surroundings, but no luck at all.  I already file a complain through USPS  case number: HQ129099970. It makes me more upset to find out that i was only covered with 50.00 insurance while my phone's value is around 200.00 usd. When i sent my phone to you guys for service, I purchase additional coverage to cover the value of the phone in case things happen. It totally make no sense to send my phone without enough coverage and now i have to due with the Lost. Please kindly find a solution to solve this issue.

I have an unpleasant experience with Supervisor Aluaro today @ 2:30 pm. He keeps claiming  that buying a $50.00 insurance for a $200.00 phone is not a problem.He also blame me that it is my responsibility to remind shipping department to add extra insurance - Nobody ever mention this option, otherwise i wil be happy to paid a few extra bucks for certify option. This supervisor claim that i only lost ony 1 cheap phone, not as expensive as an I phone. You guys ships hundreds of phones everyday, and he try to convince me that lost 1 phone is not a big issue. Unfortunately, he's talking about my phone that was lost. I even ask if he can find me a solution to settle the case. He keeps avoid my conversation and attempt to cut me off by saying that he cant do anything to help me, not even a discount for a new phone. I feels very insulted with the service, the worst , not from the normal service rep but from a supervisor that total ignore me.
 
Please kindly help and suggest a solution, thanks
