Blu Cigs Refused to refund on defective product Charlotte, North Carolina
Blu Cigs product does not work, and it was confirmed when I sent them back their product. They simply repackaged it and sent it back. Not so much as a word or indication of why they were not refunding my money, or replacing thier non-working product. This product should be banned from the market place.
