Sarurday Feb. 20, 2016 I downloaded Android 502.2 V10 (as was pushed to me directly from BLU Products) to a properly functioning phone which immediately no longer recognized all phone and data functions including not seeing its own SIM slot. As this phone was won directly from BLU at a trade show by a friend who sold it to me brand new, there never was a receipt. Service Supervisor George 9518 would not help me without the non-existent receipt and refused to confirm within the company my story of how the phone was conveyed. The implication was I came by the phone improperly. They actively damaged my phone with faulty software and then tried to SELL me a replacement, so they had profit motive. This is criminal. Very rude and arogant rep who kept quoting company poliocy with no regard for customer (me) who company actievely damaged. Very irresponsible company dispensing faulty , possibly malicious software with known bugs. Many complaints on this firm.

Today Wed. Feb 24, 2016 I was contact by a rep from Blu Proucts who resolved my issues. I wish to withdraw the complaint.
