BLU products Software update damaged my son's phones Miami Florida

I bought phones for my kids last month because they needed an upgrade from their previous one. I got 2 Blu view 5 phones from Walmart under family mobile. Phones worked great UNTIL a stupid software/security update. Now the power button doesn't work and one of the phones will not turn on at all. They charge, but won't turn on. I contacted the company...they said call TracFone. TracFone sent me back to Blu and Blu told me that they won't help me because I didn't activate the phones. HTF!!! It's THEIR software that caused my son's phone to behave terribly, but they won't do anything to help?! They said they aren't going to because they can't....they messed up my kids phones.
