Complaint Review: Blue Bay Electronics

Ordered Phone from them was a limited edition Juicy Couture Sidekick 2 UNLOCKED. Got phone looked like a regular sidekick that was painted pink had paint markers all over. Didnt have the juicy couture labels on the front and the back just looked like someone placed stickers. Nothing like the picture.

Phone was said to be new didnt come in original box or anything. Then put my sim in and did not work. So we called Blue bay the lady was rude that transfered us then we were on hold for 20mins. Finally lady comes on phone even ruder than the first telling me its not her fault its not working.

So she tells us to send it back and give her a call. So we drop it off at fedex and i give her a call so she can conferm that we sent it. Again on hold htis time for 30mins, and of course she was again being rude, she tells us the phone will be in thursday and they will make sure it is unlocked and is the phone in the picture. We will see what happens i will keep this updated!
