Complaint Review: blue beacon truck wash

i brought my truck and trailer to blue beacon for a simple wash.the employee asked me if my truck and trailer was a show truck..after the wash i wiped the equipment down to find scratches to fresh stainless steel accessories installed on my truck.i spoke to the mgr getting a case no#.in was contacted by blue beacon weeks later stating that there was no way they did the damage.quill the contact person stated that there are cameras that did not pick up this on tape so they were not going to pay for the damages..i should have just contacted the police dept..i have gone there for years and will never go back..
