Blue Bear Toys Have Not Received Wii Bundle from Blue Bear Toys But Was Charged 552.39. East Elmhurst New York
Ordered a Wii Bundle on 2/11/08 and charged $552.39 on 2/12/08. I sent an email for a status update on 2/14/08 and received a reply stating that once their fraud department authorizes the purchase; my Wii will be shipped (approx 7 days total). Still no Wii on 3/5/08. I have not received any replies to my follow up emails and continue to receive get a voicemail when I try to call stating that Blue Bear Toys is closed and to call be during business hours. I attempted to check the website today (3/6/08) and have found that it no longer exists.
I too will be filling a report with my credit card company.
