Complaint Review: Blue Bird Amex

 I made a purchase at a shop her in St. Louis, the same store two diffrent locations. The next day I see three pending transactions two for the same amount, so I call Amex cus service right away and was told there was nothing they could do until the transactions were complete, now today is the 21, one of the $75.00 transactions is still pending, I see they have taken more than authourized from my card, I call again and am told to call the merchant and have them release the hold so I did and the merchant releases the hold and I call Amex back and I am told there is nothing they can do, they claim there is no record of any coversation that I have had with them this week that that is not thier policy that once a transaction goes through wether I authorize it or not i have to wait 10 calender days to see if the merchant will claim the funds if they dont they will put the money back on my card, I asked what if I ddnt authorize the transaction they said I would have to file a dispute which takes 30-60 days.

So in a nutshell they don't care about the customers its the merchants who are thier friends, the customer service is always poor, I don't care what country you are in good customer service is a must especially dealing with my money that I am trusting you with! Yeah its fine that they dont charge a loading fee but they charge a fee just like the bank if you use a atm that is not in the money pass network and you can only withdraw 2000.00 per month from the card. I tried so hard to like this card but it has become a burden just like the Walmart money card did they alloweds someone to take almost 2000.00 off my card in New Deli it took me almost two months to get my money back. I plan on canceling this card as well and never getting a pre paid card from walmart again. I never fails I always end up losing in the end! be careful of this card they love holding your money!
