Kurt Schmidt is the CEO of Blue Buffalo pet products, Inc. They manufacture Blue Buffalo Pet foods. I purchased Blue Buffalo Dog Food. The bag I purchased was clumpy and had mold in it. I  contacted Blue Buffaloi by Mail. I wrote President and CEO Kurt Schmidt. He never responded. I got a generic Letter from Blue Buffalo. I called Blue Buffalo. Their service is Pathetic. They are rude and extremely unprofessional. They will lie to you.  They will not stand behind their food and/or replace product that is bad. I spoke with a lady in customer service. She was arrogant, rude, called me a liar and refused to help. They have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Kurt Scmidt clearly could care less about taking care of customers and producing good, quality Dog food. He employees rude and unprofessional people. This is clearly a money driven company that has no concern for pets or their owners. Avoid Blue Buffalo.   Kurt Scmidt has not enough class or professionalism to address concerns, take care of customers, and respond to letters. Hopefully Blue Buffalo will go out of business when people see what a poor quality product they make and how incredibly bad their service is. They will basically tell you they do not care about your concerns, that you got a bad bag of THEIR product, and screw you.......Just keep buying their food. Avoid Blue Buffalo!
