We are currently going through what we have now found to be a common situation. Plasma television purchased through HH Gregg with extended warranty through GE because they recommended them. Service issue in the way the tv looks, call HH gregg service, and they place call and we get a call from Blue Chip to schedule a technician. Had to call of work several times because of no shows and then finally told after several weeks that they will have to pick up to fix. Truck scheduled twice after no show again, and then tv is gone.
That is where it began.

At this point, we have been told tech out sick, tech is having wisdom teeth taken out, part on order, part on backorder, part came in didn't fix it, another part on order, another part on back order. we have been told now that it will be the middle of november before the part even comes in the day after being told the part is being expedited. we get different answers, we get different excuses. all the while, there is no follow up phone calls, only us calling them to follow up. We are now on week 7 with no answers, no timeline. only excuses.

we are not offered loaners or replacements. Although it was promised to us at point of sale that a replacement is provided if not fixed. I am wondering who makes that call now as none of the three providers are coming to the plate with an answer. I can tell you that my husband and I are both sales professionals who sell extended service and warranties in different industries and if our companies acted this way, they would no longer be in business.

We would never recommend any of these three companies to anyone after this experience.
