Company has a history of delaying payment of claims. To deny them would trigger appeal - so they make up excuse after excuse such as losing them, misfiling them, accidently (4 times!) forwarding them to another insurance company, etc. After nine months it is obvious they know they can take advantage of self paying senior citizens. They even have the nerve to say that they are not required to process them - just to enter them into computer!
