Company does faulty work and does honor their warranty. Marietta, Georgia
Company was contracted with to conduct a residential roof replacement that was warranted up to one year after completion. Within 20 days the roof showed signs of leakage which damaged the interior of the property.
After several attempts to have the contractor correct the issue they claimed to have fixed the roof while the I paid additional money to have the inside of the home repaired due to the damage of their faulty roof.
30 days after the first roof leak was "fixed "the roof continued to leak in the same spot which further damaged the interior of the home causing mold and the ceiling to fall through. I requested that the contractor go fix the roof for the second time and paint the water stain on the ceiling where the roof had leaked and damaged my property.
Come to find out the contractor did not flash the boots or vents properly and left them completely exposed to rain. Essentially it was like having a new roof with holes in it. A second opinion from a legitimate roofing contractor quoted me a $1000 repair to fix the poor craftsmanship properly and they said they "haven't seen something so idiotic in the 20+ years of being in the roofing business."
I spent nearly 5K on a new roof and was expecting it to be done correctly, in return these guys put the roof on improperly, removed the gutters without authorization, hired someone off the street to work on the roof that ended up getting seriously injured on my property.
All I was asking for was that the contractor properly repair the roof as warranted as stated in our contract and agreement to where the roof would not leak and paint the ceiling where the leak has appeared. I have been unsuccessful in doing so and they have made me incur an additional $750 in repair costs. Contractor no longer returns calls, does not deliver services or warranties as promised, hires uninsured and unlicensed workers off the street to do dangerous work on your roof, left the property damaged, left their tools in the property for 45 days, left the premises full of debris and nails, and does not conduct themselves in a professional businesslike manner.

Just to let the public know,I am Joseph Hromada Jr. and I want to set the record straight. I was never the owner of the company and I never told anyone I was. I was a witness to the contract between Blue Diamond and Bruce Allion.The work com pleated was never an issue until it was time to install things correctly and Blue Diamond was told its a "flip house" (in the hood ...South Atlanta) to do the best with what we had.I cannot believe that my name is being drug through this stuff when Bruce was not even in this state when the work was preformed. All I was ,was a salesman who witnessed a contract with Bruce and John.I have not been with the company since August and I be live you BRUCE should really take my name out of this before legal action is taken..You know that I made no agreements with you ..So you need to set the page straight and see the owner or I will see you in court. The reason I am doing this is I was turned down for a job because of it and let me tell you if I find out that this is why I have been unemployed since leaving Blue Diamond You will be paying me and my lawyer for slander...
