I deposited $2500 directly into Hannah's bank account in May of 2017 then when my female came into season I kept Hanna up to date on progesterone testing and told her when semen needed to be sent to my vet and after letting me pay for 2 collection boxes says she has an excuse of something she had to do with her children that day and couldn't send the semen so against my better judgement but she already has my money we decide to wait 6 months for my girls next season and when it happens I alert Hanna and keep her updated with progesterone testing and tell her on 4/3/18 to please send semen out on 4/5/18 to be at my vets office on 4/6/18.
I once again pay for 2 collection boxes and set up for FedEx to pick up at her home per her wishes and then calls me the night of 4/5/18 and tells me FedEx left a note on the box saying it was packaged incorrectly and I have proof from FedEx, so she assures me it will be fine to recollect the dog in the morning and send it out on 4/6/18 to arrive at my vet on 4/8/18 because Sunday is in between there. So when my vet recieves semen on 4/8/18 it is dead so I call Hanna to tell her the semen is dead and she says well we can try again on your girls next heat and I say no way, I'm not paying for more boxes and more FedEx to have you fail again and she says that is your choice and I say an you please return my $2500 since you failed to ever send live semen and she says absolutely not, we don't do refunds on semen even though that is not stated in her contract.

If Hanna has been such a great and reputable breeder for so long and I'm the only person she has had trouble with then why would this person name there dog this way back in 2012?!

Hanna's whole rebuttal is either lies or talking about how great she is, absolutely not one mention of how she feels she is justified in not returning my $2500 or what I did wrong in our business exchanges with each other. Classic deflection.

Everything I have reported is 100% truth and I have not once slandered Hannah as a matter of fact I have screen shots of where she has called me out of my name. I really do hope she takes me to court so that I may counter sue. She is hoping because I live in Tennessee and her in Colorado that I won't be able to sue her but my lawyer has all info and is ready to file with court. Also please anyone find a person that will complain my breeding practices or say I did them wrong, I can prove to anyone about 20 different people that have been taken advantage of by this woman.

Please take note that this woman Rachel Cox is has had several issues with other dogue de bordeaux breeders, and at this time I am filing a defamation of character lawsuit against her. She has a history of slandering and smearing kennels with good reputations.
Its been just under a year since she requested to breed to my male bordeaux, and I unfortunately did not do my research on her; consequently, I found out about her reputation after I had already signed a contract with her agreeing to let her use one of my males. However, her statements are full of slander and deception.
I have an excellent reputation, have produced some of the top show dogue de bordeaux in the USA, in addition to being breeder and co-owner the number one ranked dogue de bordeaux in the United States in 2017. I am a hobby breeder, so I breed sparingly for show, but for anyone who is concerned about my integrity, I am always happy to provide multiple references from people who actually know me and who have a puppy from me.
