Complaint Review: Blue Dog Business Services

Blue Dog Business Services Blue dog signed me up for their merchant account with a cash advance. The had me paying 2 credit card companies for 6 months with promises to close the other account and a refund of fees, after many phones calls the finally took care of the closing but not the refund, adding up to $500.00 Vero Beach Florida

Blue dog signed me up for merchant processing, but also had Ignite for my merchant processing.  It took 6 months for them to close the account on the first company and a promise to reimburse me.  Never happened.  Totaling $550.00 in fees.  Got fed up changed companies and they called I told them to close my account 3 times and as of today it was still open.  I called the main office and found out I had to fax a letter when the sales lady had sent me a merchant account notice to cease processing letter that was worthless.  I have never been so blown off by a company and I just am sick of paying for fees for services that are not being used.  Now between the old company that they signed me up with and them not closing their merchant services I am out $700.00 total and the main office said there is a $495 fee for closing before 3 years.   Now I am out 1195.00
