Blue Dolphin sells magazine subscriptions and appears to now be owned by Zinio. I order 3 seperate magazine subscriptions for which they charged my credit card immediately. It has now been 4 months and no magazines have even showed for any of the 3 subscriptions (so it isn't an error at the magazine publisher itself as they are three different publishers).

BlueDolpin NEVER responds to customer complaints/inquiries via their web site (although you'll get a nice automated respond and a ticket number). I have submitted my issue over 20 times with no response. I have left several phone mails on their phone system (actual phone numbers for them are hard to find as they tried their best not to publish them).

BlueDolphin is either out of business or just plain criminals.
