Complaint Review: Blue Green Vacation Club

We were members in Tennessee, we had the opportunity to visit The Lodge Alley in Charleston, SC. We fell in love with Charleston, so we decided to uprgrade and we got Charleston. At a subsequent visit to our deeded sight (Charleston) we upgraded to the SILVER level, only to find out that they deeded us to Boyne Mountain in Michigan. I asked about correcting the obvious mistake, and they said the next time we update they could fix the problem. We have never been to Boyne Mountain, and we find it very difficult, if at all to get to the Lodge Alley, it seems they say they are always booked.
