To say this company is shady is being too kind.  They take your money and supposedly book you reservations for a luxury bus ride to a destination (SF, Vegas, Reno, etc.) but never send you a confirmation.  That's what happened to me.  I kept calling back to confirm 3 times and each time I was told that I would be sent an email which I never received.  Then, on the 4th call (thankfully it was over a month before my trip, others were not so lucky), I was told that I did NOT have any reservations and that the weekend I requested is now fully booked.  To top it all off, I already paid for non-refundable hotel.

Luckily, the site that I bought the discounted tickets off of (Groupon.com) fully refunded me my money, but after corresponding with another gal that had her trip ruined at the hands of this scumbag Shaun, I am determined to get the word out there since I know many more people bought their Groupons and now they're also selling these fake tickets on LivingSocial.com.

Shaun never called back, of course, and when you call their phone number, 3 out of 4 times you won't get an answer.  SHADY.
