Complaint Review: Blue Haven Pools - Billy Rees Richardson - Dallas

Spent hours designing a pool with Billy Rees. Scheduled a time to meet to iron out details but would not return calls. Left several messages but no call back. I had heard and read that this company has had many complaints. I wanted to give them a chance but was let down. Just a warning...the pool process takes a long time and this company just doesn't care. I think it was a sign that if we would have moved forward with the project with them we would have been sorry. Watch out!
