Complaint Review: Blue Haven Pools - Diving Lady

We contracted Blue haven pools to build us a pool on 6/12/03. The salesman seemed very nice and honest at first. After signing the contract is when things went bad. All the things that were SUPPOSE to be included, the salesman seemed to have forgotten. (GET IT ALL IN WRITING) DO NOT TAKE A SALESMAN WORD FOR ANYTHING.
My main complaint is with the office staff at Diving Lady, i had one person telling me one thing and then say the never said it. Let me put it to you like this, I asked to speak to the manager about what another employee had told me. The manger put me in a 4 way call with all the other employees involved in the situation, the manger flat out called me a liar, and every single one of his employee's lied about what they had told me.

IS THIS PROFFESIONAL? I would'nt recommend Blue Haven to my worst enemy. As for the pool construction itself, I have no complaints, all the sub's did a great job with the exception of the kool deck, it has cracked in 3 places, which is why I am writing ths report now. After reading there contract in depth there is no warranty on the deck, should I be surprised? Probably not. Our pool was completed in Oct. of 03, at a cost of 25,000. I went with Blue haven becasue of there so-called excellent reputation. Wish I could turn the clock back.
