Complaint Review: Blue Haven Pools

We moved to this area and thought a pool would be nice we bought a brand new house and decided a pool should complete our investment. To make a long story short our yard is sloped and in order to build the pool a retainer wall has to be put in. A contractor showed after the drawing of the pool and location of the retainer wall was done to start building the wall. To our surprize the plan stated the length of the wall just the contractor who put in the wall meassured to short guess they are unable to read a tape messure the wall was 10 feet to short. We fought with the contractor that the pool plans state a 10 foot longer retainer wall and that this was agreed. Well they wanted us to pay for the extra material and when we did not agree they just left. We waited 1 month made many phone calls due to the fact that our pool was used by the neighbor kids as a skating ramp because the fence was taken down by Blue Haven. Well a truck came with more stone which drove right over our sprinkler system and broke the waterline in several places now we had water puddles all over our yard we told the contractor that we have a sprinkler system but it did not hit home with them. Now after our pool is build and our sprinkler is repaired we have cracks in the pool and the retainer wall is giving away furthermore the pump system is leaking and I refill the pool several times a week.

Neadless to say Blue Haven is not taking any blame, all I can say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
