Blue Haven Pools ripoff, refuse to keep to contract, ask for more money, not complete Ontario California
Blue Haven Pools, started my pool in nov. a year ago and still not complete, now they say give them more money than is on contract to complete.
Cutsomer service Arlene Soils is so rude!! to the point of being a female dog rude. She threaten Us that if we dont pay the day plaster is done she will put a lean on house. Even though parts are missing, and clean up is not done. I still have huge trench running through my yard.
I am so disapointed in this companys work ethic, there is already craks in pool and are being told it will be OK. I am so scared. but want to get rid of them so bad.

regarding blue haven pools not completing work:
the consumer can file a complaint with the contractors state license board regarding this issue. Go to www.cslb.ca.gov and look for the link for complaints. Consumer should also carefully review their contract. The City can also be contacted to verify compliance with building codes.
