My husband and I contracted on a pool with Blue Haven pools on 11/03/03. For personal reasons we delayed to start date until January 04. They immediately started at the beginning of January. The first thing that was frustrating was that they had no clue what was going on. We had to call them every time a step was completed, and then they would set up for the next step to begin. They recorded the incorrect plans in Palm Beach county, and to this day they still are not corrected.

The Biggest problem that I have with them is that they sold up a gas heater. After the pool was almost complete and the gas heater was installed, we were then told to contact a gas company to get the tank. We contacted AmeriGas and Hogan Gas who both thought they would be able to help us. Neither of them could. We still set here with a gas heater that has never been used and my spa and pool does not have heat.

My husband and I have tried to take this in our own hands so that we can get the final inspection on the pool, but we can not do anything until the proper plans are filed.

They are also telling me that they will exchange the gas heater for an electric on for an additional $3000.00.
