I just starting buiding a project with blue haven and i have to tell you i am sick to my stomach.... This guy that changes his name on every document gives raises to his employees if they screw there customer is dispicable.
Who knows if they will finish my pool, I call several places after this guy screwed me and even there subs are saying that they might go out of business. According to some of there subcontractors they might be picking as much money up right now because they are hurting. They are not making there quota's. I am to nervous about letting them know all of this because then I heard they will slow my project down and get back at me.
I wanted to warn anyone wanting to build a pool stay away from this company.

This guy William real name is Bill I work for him everyday and I dislike him very much. I am in the process of quiting but until I find a job I have no choice but stay here.
Its true he will do ANYTHING for his guys.
He cuts all of the subcontractors bills and then finds a way to save money on the customer. This means he will send out a supervisor to the customers home to switch everything up and make his project better for the company.
I personally know the customer that made this complaint and they are lying.
This company will do anything for the company.
So if you are thinking of building a pool with us think TWICE!!!
Kim when I quit I will email you, so I can get you the changed documents.
You deserve them I am sorry you are going thru this its not good business.

#4REBUTTAL Individual responds

Mon, July 13, 2009

As General Manager of the Houston office, I am responding to this post as it contains false accusations, and it likely was posted by a competitor, vs. an actual customer.

We have built thousands of pools in the Houston area and we have succeeded in doing so due to a strong track record of customer service and solid construction. As to this "complaint", the facts are as follows:

* As of July 5, 2009, we have no customers in Houston with a pool under construction with the name of Kim or Kimberly. (If the argument is that this individual posted a false name, you have to ask why he or she would do so if the complaint is legitimate.) It is also interesting that "Kim" claims to be "just starting" with us, but is already concerned about our finishing the job and is calling other pool builders? Has she called us? What are the specific claims?

* As for the claim that "This guy that changes his name on every document": It is a mystery to what documents "Kim" could possibly have, since the documents that the customers receive are signed by the customer and the sales consultant - not by me. (And, when I do sign a document, my name appears as William L. Unger and I have always signed as "WL Unger". I challenge anyone to provide a copy of a company document given to a customer that has my name on it - let alone even two documents with my name presented any differently.)

* The allegation that I give raises to employees if they "screw" customers is ridiculous. What business would reward employees for mistreating customers? This defies logic and common sense! If I had such a stupid, unethical approach to our customers, how could we ever have built thousands of pools for Houston homeowners and routinely receive referrals from their friends and family?

* Our company has no quotas of any kind and never has.

* We collect payments from customers in a responsible manner and only as outlined on our written payment schedule contained in our contract. This means that money is collected only during each phase of construction.

* Our Houston office is corporate owned and is rock-solid financially. Unlike many pool builders these days, we are 100% current on all monies owed with all of our employees, vendors, and subcontractors.

It is unfortunate that any one can post lies on the internet and remain anonymous. I will stand by everything I say putting my name here AND telling anyone to call me on my cell phone at 281-932-0400. I will provide the truth about our operation and how we take care of our customers.

You know once again I have to tell everybody I cannot even sleep tonight knowing what I know.
