I placed an order online and instantly received a confirmation e-mail from Blue Heron. She said it would be 6-8 weeks before my order would be ready to ship, but she charged my credit card the very next day. 8 weeks later I still didn't have my order. I attempted to contact the owner through e-mail, phone, and facebook page. I didn't hear back from her. I finally just had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge, but guess what - you only have 60 days to dispute a charge which is exactly how long it was suppose to take for my order to ship. Thankfully, my credit card company is still willing to help me. Do Not Purchase anything from this company.
