In October 2011, I went online to search for hair picks as a gift for my daughter. I found Blue Heron Jewelry and Hair Accessories. The site looked great and the merchandise was beautiful. I ordered two picks and used a credit card. On October 10, 2011, my card was charged, but I did not receive the product. I tried calling and emailing many times but received no reply. For a few days the site noted that the owner was on vacation. I did an internet searched of the phone number listed on the website and found out only that it was a cell phone for Emily Palm. After dozens of attempts, I still have had no response to my inquiries and received no hair picks and am out the money charged to my account.
