Complaint Review: BLUE HIPPO

i ordered a pc from blue hippo in december of 2006 and had to make countless calls as to where it was. they gave one excuse after another and took my payment of 39.95 every week without fail. i never recieved the pc til september of 2007 and though they guarenteed i'd be able to use it right out of the box for all sorts of things from games to movies, i have to install RAM at my own expense to do any of that. the pc freezes up when i attempt to anything on it.

now i am waiting for my so called free items and again i continue to get the run around. beware of these scumbags!
