Blue Hippo claims to HELP "boost" credit by taking small payments from one's bank account for Dell Computers and then reporting payments to Credit Bureaus. Blue Hippo took over $1,000.00 from my account without sending the computer and telling me "oh well no refunds" on top of being incredibly RUDE and SASSY. This company is a SCAM...FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD how they are even still able to run ads and commercials on NATIONAL TV is crazy. Something needs to be done!!!

Consumer Wake Up Call!

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sun, May 03, 2009

I am amazed that most consumers find the time (5 minutes or more) writing about this company (Blue Hippo) after the milk was spilled. It took me less than 3 minutes to find out about this company via the BBB, FTC, Consumer Affairs, and the US Attorney General, that Blue Hippo is of poor standing.

Wake up. and smell the coffee consumers. For the past 5 years or so their have been several newspaper reports, morning, and evening news shows that always state the obvious. Check out any company that you wist to do business with. This will save consumers heartache, time, and most of all money!

You can have all the intelligence in the but world, but here common sense must prevail! I am not writing this to insult the consumer, rather it is my wake up call to consumers. We are in the information age, USE IT!

As a Judgment Enforcer I also make a living by investigating companies to bring about lawsuits with the attorney's of record. This is a part of my business I could do without, but obviously there is a need for it as there are a lot of uninformed consumers out there, and I hate a fraudulent and/or deceptive business.

I also find many consumers such as Corrine of FL., stating that "something must be done". Well...... it's YOU that must do something. Nobody will do it for you.

Get off your hind, and go to www.BBB.org/us (where you should have gone in the first place), type in Blue Hippo. Read it. It tells you where to go to file your complaint on an already active suit against Blue Hippo. You can also go to your State Attorney Generals office, or Consumer Affairs. The BBB does not bring about legal actions (at least I've never seen it done), it is a reporting bureau, and defers to legal authority.

YOU want your money back? YOU must get it. YOU lost it. In the future, do your homework consumers.

I now have come to realize Laurie of TX fustration about Consumer Common Sense she posted on another thread here.
