Blue Hippo Funding Completely Ripped off, Exploites People with bad credit does not help them! Ripoff Baltimore Maryland
Placed the order in Early Nov. 2005. Paid the $99 non-refundable fee + Two weeks payment of $41.98/wk. That's when my wife and I decided that we didn't want to pay $1,800 for a $300 computer. So, i called to cancel the order, but the "supervisor" promised if i keep the account open Blue Hippo will send me a Printer-scanner-copier, a digital camera, and a $500 Gift Card for either Wal-mart, Target, or Home Depot.
$1688 later the only thing we've recieved was the computer. Now they're telling us that the $500 good payment discount is being taken away from us. See, we changed our account and called them with an updated account. That's when they said we defaulted in our payment, but i called them 4 days before the payment would be taken out. Since it is taken out weekly i gave them more than half the time to update their system.
IT'S AN AMERICAN COMPANY RIPPING OFF AMERICANS, THEY HIDE BEHIND CUST. SERVICE REP. FROM THE MIDDLE EAST. AND FILL US WITH FALSE PROMISES.
I GREATLY REGRET THIS PURCHASE.
