Complaint Review: Blue Hippo Funding

I ordered a computer from Blue Hippo Funding, when I seen the commercial on Cable TV. They promised to help those who have bad credit to recieve a computer immidialty apon making you first paument of $124.00.

I made the payment in October an they promised me a package before I made this payment. When I called and asked several times where is my package, they told me that they did not get my money yet so there is no package.

mind you the package is suppose to be about the company. They release the money from my account there was still no package. They then sent the package about 2 weeks later. they say fax it in and we will ship your computer immediatly after we recieve your fax.

I waited and waited and called everday for about a month. On November 12, 2004 there is to be a payment taken from my checking account for $72, this will be every 2 weeks. I called on November 10th and the lady told me that I will be getting my computer in June of 2005.

I was upset and made sure to cancel my order. I have never made payments on anything without having it in my possesion. She then told me that I will not be getting my money back. She told me that I would have to make 3 months of payments before getting anything. So if you miss 1 payment within 3 months you loose all your money and also the computer, if there is any computer.

I cancelled my account at the bank and made a compaint to BBB, and found out that they have a unsatisfactory rate. No one has ever received there computer.

So I hope that this does not continue and something good comes out of this.
