Complaint Review: Blue Hippo LLC

I signed up with Blue Hippo in the hopes of not only getting a laptop computer but to help my credit as well. The "customer Service" told me that we have all your paperwork and we are just waitng for a tracking number to send out your computer. That was 4 months ago. When I call at 6:00 a.m. pst to tey and speak to a manager or supervisor, I am told that custormes are not allowed to speak with a higher up as it is against the "rules"

I have told them that what they are doing is fraud and I will be filing a lawsuit to regain my money and get them SHUT DOWN !!
