Blue Hippo my account was satisfied for one year and three months .I've not received the free items that i was promised Baltimore Maryland

i've purchased a computer from Blue Hippo two years ago .I was promised a couple of free items such as a 20" LCD tv which i've received and did not work.Therefore i had to send it to the manufacturer to get fix and also had to pay shipping & handling fee. I'm yet to receive the color printer as well . I've been calling since the account has been paid fully which is June of 2007 .Everytime i've contacted BlueHippo i'm told A different excuse .
