I was so excited about the offer Blue Hippo was intending on getting me to pay for. The company requested that I pay a $99 deposit and then I would recieve my labtop and free gifts. After Blue Hippo debited my account for the money I waited to see if they would send out the labtop. I called them to complain that I have not recieved my labtop or my printer and camera. They imformed me that I would not recieve any of these items until it is paid in full $2,075. I decided to cancel this order and have my money refunded to me. I spoke to someone who told me it would take up to 45 days for my money to be deposited into my account. After the 45 day wait I could not get in contact with a manager or customer service representative. They gave me this fax number to complain too and I never recieved a response. This company is getting over on so many people and I am so glad that I did not go threw with the total order. The customer service number that I had does not accept any calls and I am still waiting on my refund of $99!
