they took money out of my account even when i called to cancel within the aloted time. and they still keep taking money out after i have called and canceled several times. i dont no how to get through to them so they will stop taking my money. i am on ssi, which only gives me enough money for rent and some food. please someone if you can stop this. HELP ME, PLEASE
