Complaint Review: Blue Hippo

I saw blue hippo on T.V I thought what a good Deal don't have to have credit. I am a single disabled mother went threw a bad divoced 5 years ago so my credit isn't so good I thought I could start building credit By going threw Blue Hippo.

So I called them to order they said all I have to do is put 99.00 down after that it would be 41.98 a week and I have to have a checking account. They said after they take the 99.00 they would send out the shipping and terms of aggreement and they would take off 500.00.

Well almost 3 months went by and they where taking money from my bank account I never got nothing from them. So I called them and told them I haven't got anything from them and I am not going to pay for nothing that I never got from them.

I told the guy I was talking with that they broke the aggreement by not sending me the paper work out The guy said he sent the paper work out I kept telling him that I haven't gotten anything from them and I am not going to pay for nothing he got rude and said that they have over one million satisfied customur.

I said if that was true why is there bad reviews with the maryland better business bureau I told him I did reseach on the company I just wish I did it before I order The computer. I guess I am not the only victom that this company has done this to.

I went to my bank to talk to someone they said the only thing I can do since I gave them my soical sec. number and my bank information is fill out some papers and close my account and they would try and get my money back. I am so upset with all this my credit is bad anyways from my divorced what else can happen.

I just hope if there is others out there that they have done this to them I hope they report them. They need to be stop so know one else become a victom
