Complaint Review: Blue Hippo

Blue Hippo is a rip off I been having problems with them, Back in sept I order a computer they said after they take 99.00 for the down payment they would send out some papers that I need to sign and send back.

They never sent me nothing after two weeks they start taking 41.98 out of my bank account two months went buy I call blue hippo asking why they never sent me out the paper work they said they did ,I told them I wasn't going to pay for nothing I put a stop on my account and close it.

After I did that I got a letter from a lawyers office asking for the full amount after they all ready have took money from me.

The law office call using a recording but when I call the recording I still have to talk to a machine.People need to get together and file a civil suit against the company.I have been under alot of stress because of them .
