Blue Hippo Stop-Not a good company to do business with Baltimore Maryland
I have just recently had to deal with this company. I can't believe there are so many people getting the same run around from this company.
I placed an order for a computer on December 2, 2008.
I was a little sceptical to begin with but I placed an order anyway. I had seven days to do some research.
If I canceled within those seven days, my $99 would be credited back to my bank account. This is the verbal contract I made over the phone when I placed my order with a salesperson.
I canceled my order on December 8, 2008. After going on line and really finding out what I agreed to, there was no way.
When I called to cancel, the girl was very nice. She canceled my order and then told me it could take up to 45 days before I see my money deposited back into my bank account. Wow, but ok. That should be it, right?
It's Jan. 27th. I have called customer service about 7 times now, you're always on hold for at least 45 minutes before someone answers. Then, they have no answer for you. It's under review. ???
Apparently, these people don't have supervisors or managers; I even found and contacted their Headquarters in Baltimore. That operator doesn't have a boss either. And her only job is to transfer me to "Customer Service". They have one answer. It could be 15 more days.
I just don't understand how a compnay can be getting away with this. I mean it's not just me. They have scammed people everywhere. Lot of them.
This is long and there are many people on here who have lost a lot more than my $99. But if my rambling could in anyway stop this company, then it's worth ever dollar.
