I ordered a laptop computer from Blue Hippo. The day before they were to take the down payment of $99.00, I called and cancelled my order. I ask them not to take the money from my account and was told that they wouldn't. The following day the money was taken from my account. I called them again, ask them to put the money back. Again, I was told "No Problem", it would take 2 business days. 2 business days later I checked my bank account, and no money. I called them again, and was told the policy is 45 days, before they would put the money back.
It takes them 2 minutes to take it, but 45 days to put it back?
Since, I have called them every day, 2 or 3 times a day, and still get the same answer.
They won't let me talk to a supervisor or give me the name of one. I have never heard of this kind of practice before, where you can not talk to a supervisor.

And you didn't research Blue Hippo BEFORE you called them or you would now realize that you will NEVER get any of your money back. You are just wasting your time in calling them. Read all the many reports here on ROR. Next time, do your research before you buy.
