Bue Hoizons told me I could not use wind turbins to generate electric because I did not have sufficient land so I would have to go solar. . . lie!
They told me I had sufficient roof space for solar panels and all equipment would be sent for the complete system . . .lie . . .an additional $1,000.00 plus was needed for set up and many of them not available in this area causing a 2 month delay, and the pannels had to be split up so they will not perform as one unit.
They told me this was the top of the line, and in fact the panels are from an unestablished company that may or may not be around in a few more years making the warrentee worth the price to recycle it if they go out of business.
It took two and a half months to get what little I did get. They told me it was everyone elses fault and when I spoke with others who did business with them, they were told the same things.
They told me I would be getting an incentive from the electric company and they would send me the paperwork all filled out for me. Lie. . . the electric company they advised me to switch to for this incentive, does not give incentives and I never got any paperwork from them.
They quite answering my phone calls and have not made contact with me since 9-18-09. As of today, 12-18-09, I do not have functional solar panels despite the fact they were paid in full on 08-14-09.
In short they lied to me about being able to use wind power when we wanted the "whisper 500" wind turbin, and they lied about everything concerning the "solar system 400".
